If concern is in Services Then Service tax registration Need to be taken, and if there are employees are working in organisation Labour License registration(Shops and Establishment Act) is also to be taken and Trade License is must for every organisation. If the Concern is Industrial Services as per Industrial Act Registration has to be taken.

Example: A proprietorship Concerns carrying Business as Trader and turnover crosses more than 40 Lakhs and Labour is Engaged. ---> He has to take Vat registration ,Labour License Registration and Trade License From Local Muncipality and etc has to be taken.
