After Registration of Company:

9.Company Pan Card To Be Applied : Govt Fee Rs-105 + Courier Charges Rs-75

10.Company Tan Number: Govt Fee Rs-70 + Courier Charges Rs-75

Proprietorship Concern : As there is no Partner in this concern Proprietor Has to take Busines registration as per nature of business if he is carrying small industry first he has to get registered with Small Scale Industries Departments and if he is in sales then need to be take Vat registration If Turnover crosses more than 40 Lakhs in a year., If turnover Crosses more than 20 Lakhs and Below 40 Lakhs TOT (Turnover Tax) to be taken. If concern is in Services Then Service tax registration Need to be taken, and if there are employees are working in organisation Labour License registration(Shops and Establishment Act) is also to be taken and Trade License is must for every organisation. If the Concern is Industrial Services as per Industrial Act Registration has to be taken.

Example: A proprietorship Concerns carrying Business as Trader and turnover crosses more than 40 Lakhs and Labour is Engaged. ---> He has to take Vat registration ,Labour License Registration and Trade License From Local Muncipality and etc has to be taken.

Note: Proprietorship Concern does not have Company Pancard as There is no Partners in the concern . Hence no need to take Company Pan card. Servicetax Registration: Office Electricity Bill, Rental or lease agrement, Pan card, Ration card or Voter card or Driving License or Telephone Bill and Bank Statement.

Iec Registration: Office Electricity Bill, Rental or lease agrement, Letter From Bank as Per Format Prescribed by Iec Department, Pan card, Ration card or Voter card or Driving License or Telephone Bill and Vat Registration Certificate or any other Business registration Certificate and DD as Prescribed by DGFT.
