Example: A proprietorship Concerns carrying Business as Trader and turnover crosses more than 40 Lakhs and Labour is Engaged. ---> He has to take Vat registration ,Labour License Registration and Trade License From Local Muncipality and etc has to be taken.

Note: Proprietorship Concern does not have Company Pancard as There is no Partners in the concern . Hence no need to take Company Pan card. Pan in the name of the Concern Can get for Partnership Companies,Private Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies,Societies etc as there are more than one persons are involved in carrying concerns.
